Is this a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase for a window of access — 30 days or a year. Nothing auto-renews and nothing charges you by surprise. When your access ends, you decide whether to buy another window.
What happens when my hours run out?
The app tells you before you hit the limit and again when you're close. When the hours are used, live coaching pauses — everything else (your profiles, past sessions, prep) stays. Top up with a pack or a new window whenever you need it.
What is "Bring your own key" (BYOK)?
Plug in your own OpenAI or Claude API key. You pay the AI provider directly at cost — usually pennies per interview — and we handle the live transcription. It's the cheapest way to run the app, and no other tool in this category offers it.
Is it private? Are my interviews recorded?
The app runs on your machine. Your CV, company notes, and interview audio are processed for the live session and are never sold or used to train models. You stay in control of your data.
Does it work in French?
Yes — French is first-class, including switching between French and English mid-sentence. Answer cards come back in the language of the question.
